We saw the painful process of getting paid by health insurers
When we spoke with providers of all types, we saw the painful process of getting paid by insurers.
Every clinic we spoke to was buried in admin - chasing insurers, managing shortfalls, reconciling payments.
Visibility was poor - trying to match up various sources of information to see what had been paid and try and stop money slipping through the cracks.
Payments were slow - delays in getting information, manual errors and slow invoicing cycles meant providers were getting paid must slower than they should have been.
So we built Effra
We created a platform to automate insurer billing and payments end-to-end.
We’re driven by our customers. Every day we love hearing how we’ve boosted cashflow, taken away the pain of manual billing and eliminated that persistent ‘something here doesn’t add up’ feeling.
